Hmmm carrots, quantity of sugar and almonds.Just take a pan, put some butter in it and aloso put cutted carrots in it..remember on medium flame not so high and mess it until raw taste has gone..Now add some milk in it again mess it..add sugar according to your taste,Now add dry fruits almond,cashew etc...
My secret is that i like it when we add a lot of milk while preparing and that after long period of boiling in becomes like kova which i love and also like it with vanila icecream which makes it taste even better
