Its butter,walnut and almond..Just put milk with shredded carrot in some utensil...and with a sbove medium flame... and leave it for 20 minutes..after 30 minutes you will see there is no milk and all is just evaporated...Now add milk,sugar,butter and dry fruits....just bake it and halwa is ready..

It is prepared by Combining grated carrots, milk, and cardamom pods in a large, heavy bottomed pot or other pot. Bring to a boil of carrot , then reduce heat to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until all milk has evaporated, about 40 minutes.when liquid has evaporated, add oil. Fry carrot mixture in oil, stirring constantly, until darkened to dark orange/brown in color, about 30 minutes. Add sugar and fried almonds if using.

Grate the carrot finely, add boiled milk Continue heating it until the carrots have completely absorbed the milk, put few green cardamom seeds and ground them thoroughly and add sugar. Garnish with almond and raisins
