Method of gajar ka halwa
1 Wash, peal and grate the carrots.
2 Heat the ghee in a deep pan, add the carrots and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
3 Add the milk, mix well and cook on a high flame till the milk is absorbed totally.
4 Add the sugar, mix well and saute till the ghee leaves the bottom of the vessel.
5 Add the cardomom powder and 2 tbsp of ghee, mix well cook for few minutes.
6 Serve hot or cold.

2.- Carrot (red)
3.- Milk (full cream)
4.- sugar
5.- Dry fruits (mixed)- almond, pista, cashew, kishmish, etc. as you want
6.- Cardamom powder

There is a secret which is main ingredients, these are dry fruits...mainly.

Condensed Milk. I add a tin of condensed milk to the halwa. It tastes awesome. You can even set it in a thali and cut it into pieces afterwards, to make burfi.
