dam good gym in bangalore.....the infrastructure is amazing.....worth the time spent there...that too its more fun with friends and if u get a trainer then the trainer will makes u become thin ;-)

I joined Gold Gym for Rs. 18900 for one year of membership. They gave me 40% dicount. They have Cybex machines and infrastructure is good. Their trainers have professional approach and has no attitude..The dietician is too compementary for first time consultation...The cleanliness is all around in gym..The timimg is from 6am to 10pm. I like the environment because of discipline among trainers and members..

Without Deal I went to this Gym and I found it very good.I refer to one of the friends about this Gym and he joined this Gym.I am also planning to join this gym but this time with taking deal :-).They have a good trainer and staff who guide you to what you need.
