I finally went to Gold's Gym and the trainer was very good. He made me do the perfect balance of toning and cardio and made me change my misguided diet as well. Golds Gym made me fit and fine

I always wanted to see myself fit and fine. I always wanted to build healthy physique and have a great shape and I then planned to join golds gym. They gave me a trainer who trained me with stretching and regular fitness exercise. 2 days a week I used to do cardio. They even trained me with muscle building exercises. After 1 year of joining golds gym I have gained best shape for my body. I feel healthy fit and fine.

Gold's Gym Kalyanagar - Mediocre

I joined Gold's Gym in Jan 2013. Well, the things I like about the gym are - good equipments, infrastructure is quite well maintained and staff are not too bad. Things I did not like - Holidays !! Looks like the gym is shut on almost ALL public holidays ! This is not what is told when we sign up and closing the gym completely on holidays is not at all preferred. Office goers like me find it difficult to spend a decent amount of time during week days, hence public holidays are the days when we can put in more effort to work out. To add to this, the timings on Sundays have also been reduced, making it even more difficult for members.

Being located in the prime location of East of Kailash, Gold's Gym is the one with good vibes and a good environment.I being a member of this gym also instigate people to join it.Even though some faults of this gym disappoint me at times, it has the cream crowd of Greater Kailash and even Kailash Colony or even people coming from Lajpat Nagar.The best thing about this gym is that it is very spacious.

The enthusiastic environment created by the people working out there and also of the trainers , can pump up any newcomer.The instructors are quite helpful.When you need help,they will heed to you when you work out.The trainers are also very friendly and no hesitation is needed.They would help you in the best way they can.

The best time to go there is in the evening after 6 pm. Though it becomes a bit crowded,it is always buzzing with energy.
The music played is decent enough and one cannot get dull.
The only terrible part about this gym is that most of the machines are worn out or not working half of the times.The only thing they need to take care is that they need to supercede the worn out or rusted machines frequently. Sometimes, there can be waiting for half an hour or so.

The best part of the gym is that the trainers are well trained and experienced and also give a good diet schedule.

People quote it to be pretentious, but I would disagree with this fact.It has gained its popularity because of the ambience it has,the trainers,the crowd and aah how can i forget the music playlists they have(i will steal that one day :p)

Gold Gym is very nice gym with a very good facilities and all kinds of gym equipment provided to the members. I like about the gym are - good equipments, infrastructure is quite well maintained and staff are also good. The trainers are very helpful for all members.

We recently moved to Delhi after having hopped from several places in the near and middle east.
Golds Gym is a great place if you want to get into a new fitness regimen.
They've a beautifully done walking track and several sports facilities.I went to gold gym in delhi for 8 months and the experience was really good.I would recommend it to real serious gym going persons.
