I ordered a cover for my tablet and to my surprise I got it delivered on time. Coming to the service of the eBay, they were very prompt and the product quality was also very good. I have done so many transactions on eBay and my experience with eBay till date is great. Price on eBay is very competitive and their refund policy is awesome. Usually I go with seller having good reviews. I had only one bad experience where I got a refurbished item from the seller.
I send an email to eBay with the proof and I got my refund within a week .Based on my experience I can say eBay is safe and eBay guarantee is worth .Definitely it's better than websites.

I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P3100 Wi-Fi, 3G, and 16 GB recently which I analysed in all the online stores and at last ended up with EBay. I bought this tab on eBay through mydala.com deal that gives me 7.5% off on payment through HDFC debit card. The price of the tab is so nominal comparatively and they have delivered the product very much earlier than what they have committed. It was very nicely packed. When I started looking out for tabs, I was very much confused which one to buy. The filter options in ebay is so nice that it helps us in such a way to omit the products in which we are not interested and we could choose from a very limited number of options which is our choice. Customer services not upto the mark

I bought a iphone from ebay 2 months back. it was a good deal and as i've heard good things about ebay usa so i ordered. First of all i was the one who was asking on mail about my order delivery as i was going out of town. After a regular follow up they deliver it anyhow( it was really irritating as i've shopping online for while now and this is the first time i had to contact the seller for my order every now and then). The iphone was having technical issue so i had to go to apple store where they told me that the instrument was faulted and it has to go to back to apple co. and it was under waranty the company will replace me the same. After a week apple store ppl called me and replace my phone. The same was also communicated to the ebay india team but i guess they dont have any customer service department as after sending a mail again and again, i've recieved a mail that the details u provided insufficent. so this was my experience so now i am buying from amazon, junglee only and they've got very good deals

Poor quality Product

I have recived a baby carrier very poor quality product. after several complain no solution I gt. seller also give no response. I will never shop from ebay till not gt y rembersment, use less product poor febric, very bad quality.
I would like to request to all reader dnt buy any product from ebay. Nobody bother about your money here.
