Perfect to remove holi damage

I got it done right after holi <br><br>It was perfect timing as after holi my hair got a little damage from colors and chemicals.<br><br>I wanted a smooth but voluminous look my hair were a little flat but after 3 washes my volume is coming back but slowly.<br><br>Would recommend weekdays as weekends can get awfully crowded.

Very courteous and sweet staff

I am thankful to mydala for carefully selecting their merchants xpressions salon lajpat nagar has very courteous and helpful staff

They do a proper consultation and checked my hair in every angle for 15 minutes

I wish they would have made the directions a little more clear on the phone

The salon was very near the metro station and the manager somehow confused me on the addresses i could have literally walked there

Its been a week since i got my smoothening and so far touch wood ,,i was very skeptical reading some bad reviews but i feel they are more understanding than anything else


The owner is a sweet guy who kept asking me for coffee and refreshments every five minutes

Looking forward to send my sis there after her boards

Worst Service ever received :( Done Morocon smothning on 13 March 2016 charged 7,200/- (though i purchased a mydala voucher of 2,100, and spoken to the saloon manager first / once i reached their they advices me to go for higher packages to get desirable look and shiny hair on my rebounded hair (Before 1 year in 2015 i had rebounded my hair) so they told me that this offer is not good for you (what's the use of promoting an offer which is not as good as advertised). As per my knowledge and their verdict the smoothing will add smoothness shine on my hair which never happened. The guy puneet has done my smoothing and told me to come on 16 March 2015 for hair wash ( they told me to give 1 free Morocco hairspa haircut however, on the name of hairspa, the guy has just applied a cream (not on full length, the manager has given him less quantity than the half to half small cup cream and told the dresser to fix it) i complained him twice that what's the benefit of giving the hairspa if you're not applying the cream to full locks, no massage or steam given, he was just trying to wrap up the things and was in hurry as the manager was giving him angry looks) given worst haircut, completely chopped my hairs. They told me that the smoothning will be remain for 2 years however after my first wash on 20 March 2016 at home only my hair turned frizzy/ dull and even worst then ever..&nbsp;

They are very particular, I wish they would be so online. Though, it's good to pay attention to detail. I had no idea as in how many ways you could test hair. They tested my hair on many levels by making sure of my chemical history. Wish they would write some of it online. But I guess it's all for the best since, after that two hour treatment I have no problems or side effects.

Good service ,,,despite other reviews

I was skeptical due to some bad reviews of this salon so decided to check it first hand and it turns out, they have a long explaining procedure there that some may not understand.<br><br>They looked at my hair quality, told me the risks, pros and cons and I decided to go with it.<br><br>So far my hair is fabulous even without wash. Fingers crossed. Extremely concerned and educated staff.

Xpressions Salon

Went to Xpressions for nail art. I wanted a casual nail art that I could carry with any outfit and the guy-Vijay did a great job. He gave me cute little kites on my nails which I really loved. Thanks! Had a great experience!

fantastic salon!

Xpressions Salon is a fantastic salon! The staff is professional and friendly, and the decor is awesome. The entire salon is spotless, no tufts of hair blowing around. I took the mydala deal for hair smoothening, and I couldn't be more happy with the service I received in return. My hair looks just perfect. Great job!! Definitely going to stick with them.

Worst Services rendered by Xpressions!

A sheer waste of Time and Money!

Experience had been worse than ever.I didn't expect this out of them. Went for the Hair Smoothing,the second time frm them-But it has been really bad.

They didn't mention that there would be no use of iron/or use of palette. They****dried the hair and had put the chemicals.After asking many a times frm the stylist who was doing it did not reveal that he wont be using the same.
After using all the chemicals they come and ask how is it and it is over!!

My wedding is round the corner,and what i get is Poor Quality of hair and people also ask if i am joking that i have got my hair re bonded.

Mydala is not at fault-But this Xpression Salon for not making it clear to the customer well in advance. And when complained about it,they just leave and don't provide you with any better solution.

I am pretty sure that the owner of this salon won't take any step towards it.

Great services

I went for smoothening to Lajpat Nagar 2, and looking at my hair and understanding my needs they suggested me perfect smoothening which looks awesome on me. The staff was very courteous as well as services provided was great. Had a lovely experience. Would Definately visit it again

Great Salon to try out...

The services are really good. I enjoyed all the services which I had got done from the salon and have got good results too. Trust me guys, the deal from mydala is worth a try. With amazing and skilful staff to well-equipped parlour. They have it all. And the ambiance is too good. Must give it a try!!!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICES FRIENDLY STAFF

Have been visiting the Punjabi Bagh branch for more than two years both for beauty treatment & makeup/ hair do have always got excellent result . The branch manager Grace is a very courteous , friendly and professional person under who's guidance all the beauticians gives us

took my mom for hair smoothening


The hair treatment involves a hair wash and then some chemical thingy is applied on your hair. Then a hair wash again followed by another round of lotions and potions. The whole process took around 2-3 hours.

The hair smoothing is supposed to last 6-8 months nicely. He also suggested mom to go for deep conditioning every week and a hair spa every month.

HAIR IS SMOOTH AND SO SHINY!!!

I was dubious of going to this salon, but i was attracted due to so many reviews, some negative but lots of positive.

I have visited it's lajpat nagar branch and the salon is just near the lajpat nagar metro station. I was fed up of parlors which used to charge a good lump-sum amount and not do good enough job. Finally I tried out expressions and since then I've always visited enrich. The cost isn't a factor but what's the use of charging sky high and delivering nothing?

but i used this deal to visit expressions for the first time,

i must say although they made me wait 20 minutes, on a sunday, the service was good, the consultation very precise but irritating,,,, and the result so far****good,,, just the difference i added IRON to my service,, something STEAMPOAD, they kept repeating,, i don't know,, but shine is unbelievable

Cheap publicity

Don't ever go to this salon. They post lucrative deals on various websites and when you go to them they will try to convince you that the services in the deal is not worth trying and will push you take up a costlier package. I went there for hair rebonding and they said that the procedure will burn your hair and convinced me to spent 5000 instead of 2999 and take up a better rebonding for which I agreed. And now my hair is even worse than before.

I went to Pitam pura branch. I liked the ambiance. Very well trained staff. I didn't like the haircut though however the rest of the services provided were excellent.

Great Service @ Lajpat Nagar

I, first, went to Kamla Nagar outlet to get my smoothening done. After first wash itself I realised that my hair didn't look changed at all and to make matters worse they seemed even more frizzy than before. On complaining about this to MyDala, I was requested by Xpressions Lajpat Nagar to visit their outlet instead of Kamla Nagar to get my problem fixed.
The service at Lajpat Nagar was great and the staff was friendly. As assured, they did fix my hair. It s been two weeks now and my hair looks great!

crab, false wrong commitment

I took a deal for Keratin on3rd Jan,2015 from Ashok Vihar branch.. it is highlyt dissapointed. My hairs becomes more frizzy n dry... I opted hait striking option because of that my hairs bercomes more dry.... really ver very disappointed.. please dont opt this deal ever with expressions.

Scam

I took the exact same deal a year ago. When i went there i was told that my hair won't be straightened by this and i should opt for a "straight smoothening" I didn't do so and i scolded them about the fact that it said "permanent****dry look" and that my hair is straight when its blowdried. I went ahead with the procedure anyway and to my great surprise the results were perfect. My hair was straight from the top and natural waves at the bottom.<br>Since i was happy with the results i waited for the same deal with the SAME PRODUCTS and went back. They again started the same****that my hair won't be straight n i said i took the same deal if you use the same products it will be fine. Well my hair is the same or even worse than before. The frizz is the same(i think it has increaed) My hair is now frizzy from the top, straight in the middle(from the previous treatment) and curly from the bottom. I am hating my hair right now and can't even go for another treatment since i've already spent so much and so much chemical on my hair.<br>I DONT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. GET A HAIR SPA FROM A DECENT SALON WHICH WILL COST YOU 1000-1500 Rs. It will give you better result than this****hoax of a treatment.

Love expression saloon:)

A few days after i wrote the previous review, today I REVISTED the saloon to clear out and calm down all my questions and anger.
So heres my experience (o_o)
I was informed when I FIRST VISITED that the smoothing does not straighten your hair or calms the curls. after the treatment and first wash, I was not satisfied with the way my hairs were looking. SO i revisited today.
They did the smoothing again for my satisfaction :) (24" smile)
my hairs are fairytale gorgeous now.

I'm really thankful to all the family member of Xpressions Saloon(lajapt nagar) for calming down my anger, clring out all my doubts, making my hairs gorgeous and keeping your customer's satification as your priority.
Special thanks to Twinkle(love you girl) for making me understand regarding my doubts :* The stylist who did my hairs today and the one who did on first visit :) and yes Mr Shival Ghai :)

will definitely revisit this saloon. :)

My words for other people out there: don'T GIVE A second thought about visiting this saloon.. Just GO. you'll experience a great ambience, will be there between great and fun people who will just change your hairs into fairytale :):):*:*

They fixed my problem

A few days after i wrote the previous review, i received a call from the owner i.e. Shival Ghai, who apologised and promised to fix my hair. A week later i went to the salon again and was pleased to notice the change in the tone of voice of the receptionist. Everyone was treating me nicely and they did the smoothing again. My hair are less frizzier now, however i was informed that the smoothing does not straighten your hair or calms the curls.
