Dejavutrends.com is a totally fraud company taking money for orders and not delivering the items. To cheat online buyers they quote rates slightly less than reputed sites like flipkart or snapdeal and also offer discount coupons. While from the other sites delivery is assured, this site becomes totally incommunucative after payment is received. Order status is perpetually "processing", Customer care phones are always unattended or curtly direct you to another perpetually ringing number, mails initially get stereotyped responses of logistics, order load etc, and thereafter after issues of firm commitment or order cancellation or refund is raised by you, responses totally stop leaving you royally cheated.The address on their site is also false.

It is requested that the authorities and police take action on this company based on the various complaints in the social media as is done for other crimes as in such cases of cheating the small online buyer paying his hard earned money does not know what is to be done.

It is also suggested that this site have a option for rating as "Fraud Company". The rating given above is only to ensure this message is posted.

IN SPITE OF MY REPEATED REMINDERS THE CO. IN NEITHER SHIPPING THE MOBILE PHONE NOR REFUNDING MY MONEY.
THERE IS NO REPLY OVER THEIR HELPLINE NO.
I FINALLY REQUEST THE COMPANY TO REFUND MY MONEY WITH INTEREST
