Order status is perpetually "processing", Customer care phones are always unattended or curtly direct you to another perpetually ringing number, mails initially get stereotyped responses of logistics, order load etc, and thereafter after issues of firm commitment or order cancellation or refund is raised by you, responses totally stop leaving you royally cheated.The address on their site is also false.

It is requested that the authorities and police take action on this company based on the various complaints in the social media as is done for other crimes as in such cases of cheating the small online buyer paying his hard earned money does not know what is to be done.
