Beware!

These people just have these deals here (for free by the way) so that their junior staff can gain experience. I had taken the 999 deal for hair spa, face ritual, waxing & mani-pedi. The hair spa as just about ok, I'v definitely had better ones even from those small local parlours. The waxing was painful as the lady was probably not experienced enough. The Mani Pedi was a joke honestly. All she (Jayshree) did was smile and moved at a snails pace. And she finished off with no nail paint. I asked her atleast 5-6 times and she was like 'chahiya kya nail polish?' Finally she said she'll put it at the end after the face ritual (which I found bizzare cos I would have to wait specifically for it to dry) Anyway I proceeded for the face ritual which consisted of a tortoise paced face cleansing followed by some dripping thing she put on my face and then she said Ho Gaya! I said its still wet she said yes thats how it is supposed to be. I had to wipe it off myself! And then I again asked for the nail paint and they made me wait for 15 mins...saying 5 mins everytime. I finally had to walk out after 4.5 hrs and I even told the lady at the desk and she smiled at me thats all.
These juniors they have who are just there for the salary didnt seem keen to learn at all. They were only interested to see another customer who was getting a bridal make over done!
So I'd definitely say...beware, as these deals are worthless. Maybe if you are interested in shelling out more money they'd pay you more attention.

I did a lumino photo facial in a a very discounted price. also liked the same, felt the change

Would defn go there again.

It's a shady place,it's more like a hookah parlor n not a beauty parlor,
I was totally excited to visit Vanaddict but was completely disappointed
I ve had d worse experience ever @ a salon..
d only fascinating thing is d website (I wish I had not seen d website b4 visiting dat place)
I visited Vanaddict andheri branch on 26th Feb
I spent 11k for keratin,hair spa,spa manicure pedicure for me n 2 of my sisters,
D most horrible experience ever..
D manager is only good @ making money she did not tell me abt ny of d offers dey ve,neither is she concerned abt service given by d stylists.
Dey r absolutely unhygienic..d stylist used d same towel for my sister den for a baldy n den for a client who came after dem..wow really amazing,
D so called manager told me d charges for hair spa is rs.2000 widout checking my hair length n later wen she realised she asked d stylist to finish of d treatment quickly.
I will never ever step into dis shady parlor again..
I hope dis feedback is worked upon n d staff is well trained including d manager..

The most unprofessional place I have ever been

The whole experience was very bad.
They just use big words while explaining the package and dont mention things that should be obviously be in package and is NOT there.
The face ritual is nothing but just a clean up and that to without giving steam or applying facepack. they charged me separately 600 just for face pack. And they tried to remove the blackheads & whiteheads without giving steam which was obviously too painful.So I had to ask them to stop.
They made me wait for around 45 for a hair spa. The entire staff took a break together and when ever I asked how much time more, i got an answer saying everyone is busy. But I went to use the washroom, I saw everyone eating & chit chatting, keeping the customer waiting. Then when the started the hair spa there was no water.
1 customer actually left the place saying their service sucks. When I said even I am leaving, they bought water in small tub & washed my hair.
The also staff seemed untrained and very slow. Even after waxing there were a lot of hair left on my hands. They took 6 hours to finish this package.
It is****expensive. They charge 3000 for facial and say it is 50% discounted.

The only thing good was the manicure & pedicure. Other than that, it was such a waste of money. Even the small time parlours are not so bad. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Vanaddic unisex salon and spa has different vertcals like hair studio, skin clinic,and spa all under one roof. they are best at hair treatments, i dint ever try the skin treatments but the hair straightening and high lights and hair color they do is perfect. they use the best of products to enhance your hair quality and give you a classy look.
