The Hotel is ok not very classy as shown on the net. There is no resturant ,Superb service, Good food and very clean rooms. We did not have a single complaint suring our stay. At the start of katra, very calm place. they make all the arrangments for your visit to devi ma temple. Here all staff members are good.

There is no resturant , no shopping centre inside the Hotel as shown in the site.
Quite disappointing.Hotel staff is good but room service is really late
the Front desk lady is very co-operative but other male staff need to really be more co-operative .

It was my first trip to Katra, i was travelling from Hyderabad solo. Katra Continental made my trip comfortable my making all arrangements in advance, Car driver who came to pick me up from jammu airport almost waited for 6 hours, since my flight got delayed at Delhi. Hotel is very hygienic with large rooms, service is really good & food is nice. They made arrangement to drop & pick me up from yatra parchi counter.

Katra Continental has been a good overall experience for us.
The rooms are good, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff is very friendly and helping. Food has been good and reasonably priced. The hotel has free pick up and drop to Banganga, the place from where yatra starts. Room tariff is also reasonable, although you might have to negotiate a bit. Overall is was a good value for money.

Decent rooms, clean bathroom, lil expensive as compared to others in the vicinity. The staff can do a bit better with their customer service (like we were made to wait for 15 mins on arrival just because the front desk wanted to confirm our booking with a colleague!! O and they dint offer a seat for the first 10 mins!

The Katra Continental is the best hotel. Restaurant is fine, food is of good taste, only one complaint that I have is regarding the room service, they take a lot of time for it, be ready for atleast an hour after you have ordered. At one instant it took them almost 1hour and 35 mins to get my food. Very clean rooms in this hotel.
