I never seen that kind of mad** ch** person i booked tour for thailand in month of sep 2014 he asked for advance 15000 per person i paid him 75000 than he said u will get voucher n tickets before 2 days of departure date then i see the reviews of the cheater travel agency and i asked for refund money can said cancel my booking he said i will give 12500 per person if u cancel booking i said ok give me refund he said in 7 days u will get refund but its more then two months i didnt get my money his cheque has been bounced 2 times now i m going to file case against abhishek and i have his home address his personal no. His mother's no. If any one want contact me we will fight together and i m posting his pic also

we dont know about super travel time but now the company which has overtaken the website of super travel that is global 24x7 pvt. ltd. has given us very nice services. everything was transparent. Yes they have given all the tickets just two days before my departure but still they have already told me this thing at the time of booking. Everything was same as they promised to be. Thanks.

We have booked tickets with Super Travel which is delhi Based, has lured us by giving the attractive packages of Thailand and malaysia.

He said to transact Rs. 30,000 advance payments(which is 50% OF THE TOTAL PAY PACKAGE), we duly paid it . he promised to get back with us by confirmationation of tickets.

He even shared the fake tickets with us and said that the GRN number would be activated before 15 days of the Journey.

WE HAVELAUNCHED A COMPLAINT IN - MUMBAI-KANDIVALI POLICE STATION & THEY HAVE NOW FORWARDED THE CASE TO DELHI POLICE.

COMPLAINT No;- MUM-K-2865.

HE IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. DONT EVERY BELIEVE ON ANY OF HIS WORD. BEST IS DONT LOOK AT HIS WEBSITE AT ALL.

Abhishek rathi is a big time*******and his bunch of useless fellows who are there wid him are also the same... He has cheated me on a package tour which I never received and now it's almost like 2 months he has not returned my money back ... Everyday he is making stupid excuses .. He is actually a son of some bloody*****family
He is not concerned how much u abuse him coz he doesn't want to return the money back.... He has given me a cheque also which got bounce so ver soon I will file a case against him n he will not b free this tym

Abhishek rathi and nirmal kumar, two new fraud members of this rascal travel agency. They will offer you mouth watering deals and lots of day dreaming facilities. Once you will pay money, they will forget about even your name. Most of the near by people are not aware of this fraud agency.So please do not waste your time and money with this non-sense agency.
Salle mha******h. Vo 4 paise ka director abhishek, usko to business ka matlab bhee nhi pta.Mera 10000 se uper ka nuksan hua or stress alag. Meri 14 dec ki flight final hui thee, mujhe vo 13 dec ko bolta h ki mera visa 14 dec ko lag jayega. Isse bda example m aap logo kmo nhi de sakta.Ek chota mota agent tha ye abhishek rathi gurgaon kii kisi private company m. Vahan se logo ko fraud karne k different types seekh kar, already existing fraud partner ke sath company chala rha tha.
Please beware and never show any interest with this agency. I have documental proof against these idiot people.

i was happy that i got a good deal with supertraveltime and took things lightly for few days, reminding them about vouchers in between and in return getting satisfied by all their sweet excuses about thorough process going on at their end for my trip.
After 2 or 3 weeks, i got into my senses and grew restless after all their ridiculous excuses. My main point of concern was that they hadn't even booked or provided me flight tickets. I had no idea of things to come.

Book at your own risk

I booked Singapore Trip with Supertraveltime.com 2 months back. I talked to Amit Gupta the director of the company and finalized the itinerary paying 50K in advance.

He promised me that i would get the receipts within minutes and vouchers in same day. As this was my first holiday abroad, i was too naive to buy his commitment regarding the vouchers and payed huge advance. The truth is that vouchers take no less that 4 -5 days minimum to arrive, and in case of genuine travel bookings, only hotel booking confirmation no. is provided. Vouchers are given on full payment.

Anyways, i was happy that i got a good deal with supertraveltime and took things lightly for few days, reminding them about vouchers in between and in return getting satisfied by all their sweet excuses about thorough process going on at their end for my trip.
After 2 or 3 weeks, i got into my senses and grew restless after all their ridiculous excuses. My main point of concern was that they hadn't even booked or provided me flight tickets. I had no idea of things to come.

After 4 weeks went by, my patience ran out and i asked Amit Gupta to cancel my trip and start processing my refund, for which he promptly agreed. Of course he blamed his staff of being not professional and pretended to understand my grievance. He agreed for full refund. When i asked him to make it quick, suddenly his tone changed and he me to be patient, and gave no deadline.
After this, for couple of days i called him dozens of time, but he seemed to just not care. He made all kinds of excuses during this period. Finally i asked my father who in Delhi talk to Amit. When my father talked to him, he realized that he wasn't out of reach for me. Till now i think he believed that sitting out of Delhi, i wont be able to get behind him.
Finally he mailed me a couple of lines, agreeing to process the refund "asap", still not giving any deadline.
What followed was month long struggle for me and my family. My parents visited his house in pashim vihar. Supertraveltime is registered there. They stood outside his house for whole day, but he refused to meet them giving excuses as he as somewhere away while in reality he was in the Jwala Hari Market at a stonethrow distance. In evening he finally met them, he came to meet my mom and dad with 8 local hooligans !! He made up a non-sense story about him in loses and asked my parents to leave and promised to return the money in installments. Of course these installments were not coming, My parents had to make rounds of visit to his place to convince him for payment.

Please note that because he had not refused the payment, police also advised to be patient and give him time he asked.
Finally after weeks of struggle and harassment, his relatives pitched in and started to refund people on his behalf.
During this duration i got in touch with Other victims too, and got to hear the same stories.After months of struggle they also have got their refund, some in partial.

Supertraveltime was a big learning less for me...nothing more. !!! Horrible

Fraud Travel Agency

Delhi Based "Super travel times" travel agency owned by Amit Gupta a fraud.
I booked a package to Thailand through super travel times and paid full money 20 days in advance. But after rigorous follow up i didn't get any tour details and itinerary till the day of travel.
Every day Amit Gupta comes up with new excuse.
Finally i get the details on the date of travelling with no time left with me for inquiry of Local travel agent & hotels in Thailand.
As soon as i reached my hotel, Local travel agents called me and said to pay the Money otherwise hotel check in will not be arranged.
When I called Amit Gupta , he said the same & gave me excuse that due to public holidays i couldn't transfer the money to travel agents in Thailand.
Altough i had made the full payment in advance around 20 days ago, still i paid a major amount to local agent i.e Rock & Vishal from Meyon Holidays.
After 2 days again Rock & Vishal from Meyon Holidays started asking for more money & started threatening me in various ways.
My whole tour was spoiled & i paid much more than package cost.
All of these i.e Amit Gupta from Super travel Times and Vishal & Rock from Meyon holidays are actually frauds & on the name of travel business they are doing extortion business.
