Super Travel Time

I booked Singapore Trip with Supertraveltime.com 2 months back. I talked to Amit Gupta the director of the company and finalized the itinerary paying 50K in advance.

He promised me that i would get the receipts within minutes and vouchers in same day. As this was my first holiday abroad, i was too naive to buy his commitment regarding the vouchers and payed huge advance. The truth is that vouchers take no less that 4 -5 days minimum to arrive, and in case of genuine travel bookings, only hotel booking confirmation no. is provided. Vouchers are given on full payment.

Anyways, i was happy that i got a good deal with supertraveltime and took things lightly for few days, reminding them about vouchers in between and in return getting satisfied by all their sweet excuses about thorough process going on at their end for my trip.
After 2 or 3 weeks, i got into my senses and grew restless after all their ridiculous excuses. My main point of concern was that they hadn't even booked or provided me flight tickets. I had no idea of things to come.

After 4 weeks went by, my patience ran out and i asked Amit Gupta to cancel my trip and start processing my refund, for which he promptly agreed. Of course he blamed his staff of being not professional and pretended to understand my grievance. He agreed for full refund. When i asked him to make it quick, suddenly his tone changed and he me to be patient, and gave no deadline.
After this, for couple of days i called him dozens of time, but he seemed to just not care. He made all kinds of excuses during this period. Finally i asked my father who in Delhi talk to Amit. When my father talked to him, he realized that he wasn't out of reach for me. Till now i think he believed that sitting out of Delhi, i wont be able to get behind him.
Finally he mailed me a couple of lines, agreeing to process the refund "asap", still not giving any deadline.
What followed was month long struggle for me and my family. My parents visited his house in pashim vihar. Supertraveltime is registered there. They stood outside his house for whole day, but he refused to meet them giving excuses as he as somewhere away while in reality he was in the Jwala Hari Market at a stonethrow distance. In evening he finally met them, he came to meet my mom and dad with 8 local hooligans !! He made up a non-sense story about him in loses and asked my parents to leave and promised to return the money in installments. Of course these installments were not coming, My parents had to make rounds of visit to his place to convince him for payment.

Please note that because he had not refused the payment, police also advised to be patient and give him time he asked.
Finally after weeks of struggle and harassment, his relatives pitched in and started to refund people on his behalf.
During this duration i got in touch with Other victims too, and got to hear the same stories.After months of struggle they also have got their refund, some in partial.

Supertraveltime was a big learning less for me...nothing more. !!! Horrible

Paschim vihar based Supertravel time is a fraud company. Its run by Amit gupta, along with Shiv Arora others they fool travellers into making advance bookings, do nothing months, and when customer approaches them for refund they simply refuse. Amit Gupta is a big fraud caught up in no. of cases.
