Coupon Code should apply at the end on the driver'

As I have seen many user's are struggling on how to apply the coupon code while booking a ride with ola.

The coupons which you guyz provide should apply at the end on the driver's mobile phone.

e.g.
Once you are done with the ride and the charges says by the driver you asked him/her to apply the coupon code you have (customer should have a coupon code with them)
so it's easy for the customer to apply the same.

DO NOT USE OLA

I just returned frm a one week trip to Delhi. After using both Uber and Ola, I conclude that OLA IS RUN BY CROOKS. Every time I used Ola, the fare was anywhr frm two to three times more than what I paid with Uber. For the same distance, Ola charged me Rs. 180 vs. Rs.100 by Uber; for another destination I had to pay Rs. 480 instead of Rs. 200. For the airport, I had to pay over Rs. 1,000 instead of Rs. 300.
My advice: STAY AWAY frm OLA. THEY ARE THIEVES.

Getting better with time

I see OLA is learning frm ,mistakes and getting better with time. Hope to see improved service and more offers to make sure people prefer taking taxi over their own conveyance.

Ola a Nightmare and Fraudster

OLA on both the occasions i booked in Hyderabad turned out to be Fraudsters. I was told Sedan (not Compact Sedan) and got NoN A/C nightmare for my journey at same price what Meru or other cost. Problem started when I booked Cab from airport as thought it is 100 Rs. Cheaper realized had to pay 20% more around 150Rs Extra than Meru/CITY and 20 minutes more except multiple calls to their executives.
Their offer of Rs. 16/Km is misleading as it is charged 20Rs/KM for 1st 30 and also additional parking and waiting charges. So it makes no sense at Hyderabad Airport for booking. Instead hire Meru or any other cabs which are cheaper and no need to pay these additional chgesar

Very bad service Ola cabs

I had booked an Ola cab in Delhi.This was my 1st(and last) experience with Ola. Though the driver and the journey was good, my bad experience with Ola happened post the journey.

Meter of the cab went off somewhere mid the journey and I got a wrong bill. Ola corrected the distance traveled but charged me extra on waiting time.My whole journey time was taken as the waiting time and I paid extra.

Since,I was not given the bill after journey,I couldn't even verify it.
Later on checking my mail, I found their mistake.

To top it all, I contacted the customer care many a times,wrote them to get an answer that their is no mistake from their end.
I was given a justification that I MIGHT HAVE STOPPED THE CAB IN BETWEEN and that is the waiting time.
Phew...Anyways, if this is the trend in Ola , I prefer more professional services like Meru even at seemingly higher rate but better convenience and customer focus.They deserve what they charge.

worst never book an ola cab.

I had planned my wife's birthday and i booked a ola cab on the same night for outstation travel.
They gave me a confirmation in the morning that i'll get a cab at the requested time .
10 mins before the departure i get a message that with my pick up and driver dtls.
after 1 hr as the driver didn't show up i called him and he said that the booking has been cancelled.

I called ola cabs to confirm so as to why my booking is cancelled ,
They tell me due to some issue your booking was cancelled and we tried informing you BUT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO REACH ME AND SOME LAME ANSWERS.
I told them that's it urgent and i need the cab asap and was continuosly following up.
They said the next cab will be available at 11.30 am after 2.30 hrs of my planned and confirmed trip.
i called the cab driver again and he said that he'll be able to reach till 12 pm only.
3 hrs my planned departure.


Its horrible experience never ever book your cabs from these guys .
They ,there software and time management everything in a single word is not up to the slightest mark.

I had to cancel my booking will never do the same mistake again.
Beware if you are planning for any trips be it a airport travel after so much follow up these guys were not able to resolve any of my issues.

They also promised me reversal of advance booking which i had paid couple of weeks ago but its still not reached me .

Pune Airport Transfer

I always travel Pune - Delhi - Pune. There was a time auto rickshaws charge Rs 200 to 300 just for 5 km distance reach Viman nagar from Pune airport . There was a no other cab company who charge according to the meter. But After Ola cabs launching in Pune airport transfer became a more reliable and affordable. Extremely poor service by Olacabs

I had booked Olacabs for airport drop in Chennai 1 full day in advance. But when I called 30 minutes prior to my scheduled pick-up I was informed no cab was available and they are "trying to locate a cab." With 24 hours of notice and with GPS in every cab, I don't know how they couldn't allot a cab to me on time.
I did not get any response from their booking desk after this and nearly missed my flight because of Olacabs.
This is by far the worst cab service I have tried in Chennai. Fasttrack, Bharti call taxi, NTL are much better.

I frequently book cab from Ola cabs for my outstation travel. They have both A/C and no A/C type vehicles. The chauffers are very good in communication in english so I never faced language problem with my trips in Ola cabs.
