PATHETIC SERVICE! I was seriously disappointed with the hair smoothening. The stylist burnt my hair brutally. When I went for my first hair wash after smoothening, I told him about the burnt section of hair, he completely denied that it was not a mistake and that these things happen for colored hair due to bleach. And there is nothing he can do. He said that if I want to get my colored portion smoothened I need to get rid of the highlights. He should have told me about this problem earlier. Local parlors provide much better and satisfactory services than this salon. Please do not waste your money after the brand name.

Good experience witb hair dresser.. I loved it!! And next experience just ruined my day.. Worst experience for pedicure. They just did it for namesake and didn't even have proper scrubber to do it.. When i demanded that i would do better than this at home.. She started doing the pedicure again and to my horror she started commenting sarcastically.. Worst customer service i have ever come across in my life.. And yes even after doing twice it doesn't worth at all.. I just don't want to waste my time there.. And left.. I'm never ever going there... Waste of money..

I had a great experience on my first visit. I had gel based facial, manicure and pedicure. The beautician did a great job. Very <br>clean place. Friendly staff, nice ambiance. Facial was very good, i did not had breakouts on my face. Amazing service, great location &amp; beautiful salon!

Depressing

It is right above four fountains spa, just before 11th main. Polite courteous staff. But the entire decor is pretty depressing with dull tubelights. I got a root touch up, and their price is the same as bodycraft. I would any day, any given day, pick bodycraft over them. They use better products, and the whole place has a more upbeat happy vibe. At naturals, their hair washing sink is at an angle, which makes it impossible for anyone to stand behind comfortable to wash your hair, so they awkwardly stand a little to the side, and either they rush you, or you are putting stress on your neck the whole time. So instead of being a relaxing experience, I came out more stressed frm this place! Also, they didnt take the time to dry my hair completely, fumbling with the dryer and the not very clean combs.

Naturals Salon provided me the much needed skin treatment. I had rough skin problem but I have a very sensitive skin. I was looking for some place where I could get my skin treated. My friend recommended me Naturals Salon. I went and was happy with the services. The products they uses are organic and now I feel great.
