It is right above four fountains spa, just before 11th main. Polite courteous staff. But the entire decor is pretty depressing with dull tubelights. I got a root touch up, and their price is the same as bodycraft. I would any day, any given day, pick bodycraft over them. They use better products, and the whole place has a more upbeat happy vibe. At naturals, their hair washing sink is at an angle, which makes it impossible for anyone to stand behind comfortable to wash your hair, so they awkwardly stand a little to the side, and either they rush you, or you are putting stress on your neck the whole time. So instead of being a relaxing experience, I came out more stressed frm this place! Also, they didnt take the time to dry my hair completely, fumbling with the dryer and the not very clean combs.
Using flavored wax without asking first seems to be the norm, as well as shitty haircuts in the name of advanced haircut.
The staff is surly in general, often cribbing about the long working hours, and in a rush to get the job done if you go in the evenings. While I was getting my legs waxed over a period of 20, there were some 20 knocks on the door, to procure something or the other frm the room i was in. The bedspread made of the same material as waxing strips, is meant to be disposable, to be changed after each session, but on every occasion I've visited, it has been disgustingly soiled.
The voucher makes services really economical, so in that sense you get what you pay for. Would I ever visit any green trends outlet on full price? Not until they seriously up their standards of hygiene and professionalism!
(I've had similar experiences across both their Jayanagar outlets and their BTM outlet)
I went in for threading and facial after booking an appointment and announcing i had a voucher. the person assigned to me kept pushing for more expensive facials, when i said i was not interested, wanted a basic one, she didnt seem very pleased. it is a big parlor, but was mostly empty, and given their services, i am not surprised. despite being empty, the lady took her time to find me a room that was 'empty'. It was smelly room with damp and*****'bed' that she did not bother to wipe down before we began. same with the clothes i was given to change into. the massage barely lasted 10 minutes, and the face mask was left on for faaarrr too long. when she came back, i could figure out why, she had been lunching, and didnt bother washing her hands with soap after, so the rest of my facial i could smell radish and other masalas off her fingers! disgusting! my threading also left many stray hair, and billing took another 20 minutes, as this time the manager was off lunching. I'm never going back, coupon or not. damp smelly disgusting place with the most inept staff ever.
I tried the brazilian bikini wax. while it was definitely not painless, it was as little as possible. Jancy, at Jayanagar outlet, was particularly patient and well trained. It is pricey, Rs. 2300 for a session, but his deal got me 250 off. Thank You!
