I asked them to give me a front cut that looks like anesthesia frm fifty shades and the hair dresser gave me a cut that has kept me away frm seeing myself in the mirror! I don't understand, when they don't know how to give that hair cut..why they even try! Just not that lol I had to pay like nearly 900 for what? Ruining my looks! And look like an ape Bravo!

I had a horrible experience at the whitefield outlet. The hygiene level at this salon is highly questionable, the staff is rude. This salon is obsessed with using some rica wax which is much more expensive than regular wax. They throw a huge fit if you refuse or will use it on the sly if you forget to mention regular wax assuming thats what you get if you dont specify a special requirement. I was lectured for 45 mins on why i shld use rica wax when i refused to use it. Complete thugs i tell you.

Myself Rajeev Gopalakriahnan, I had visited its Thrissur outlet for an emergency haircut as I need to rush to a function next day morning. I reached outlet at 7.45pm on 19th November 2016. Two staffs were sitting in the reception. While entering the reception one of them went inside and no other customer crowd also not there The other told me that its over for the day. I just requested him that I am in an emergency and just a hair cut only. He told me that its up to 8 pm only. I requested him again its just 7.48pm and for an emergency it will take only 15 mins. He responded its not possible. I just came out and went to "Naturals" just near by. They welcomed me very happily and given me the best service even in late hours. Now understood why Green Trends outlet is out customers and Naturals have many at the same time. Even I met the owner of the outlet and the approach also very nice in naturals. I decided not to go any more to greentrends. The funniest part is that this was my second experience frm the outlet. <br><br>Rajeev Gopalakrishnan<br><br>

Yesterday went to Green trends for the first time for front hair cut very worst ... I myself can cut hair better than tht... They dont have any professional to do it... Within 2 mins she finished the hair cut ... She used only comb and scissor, 10 sec hair dryer... My hair was not even set properly... Maybe first time she did this haircut .... Am I the person for her training??! My local parlour is far better than Green trends... Dont waste ur time and money there.... Utter waste.... Never ever I will go to Green trends in my life...

Just wanted to share my experience with green trend Kagadaspura.
Reception
As my husband was a regular customer of this Parlour, he recommended and took me to this place hoping for a best service.
Later I felt they didn't have basic etiquette to enquire to ascertain my expectation of my style.
Hair cut :-
The hair stylist didn't have basic courtesy to hand over the menu card or make over magazine. so that , she could analyse the need of the customer. She gave me a wash and she started to chop. She is a senior stylist and I didn't feel she has taken up the training. There no sign of taking portion partition of hair. She keeps chopping and goes on..the length frm shoulder to neck. I wished to get chop not scrap and they charged me bomb telling a premium creative hair cut.
Hair color:- I got hair cut frm shoulder to above shoulder , then final to neck level. charged me a bomb that its for shoulder length hair.
There is no maintenance n mgmt uttet waste.

Nice experience of having been pampered at a salon. Went to Gomti Nagar outlet for a haircut. Hairstylist was knowledgeable and made me comfortable and seemed confident with regards to skills. All in all a very pleasant experience indeed. Looking forward to going back.

BTM Layout

Using flavored wax without asking first seems to be the norm, as well as shitty haircuts in the name of advanced haircut.

The staff is surly in general, often cribbing about the long working hours, and in a rush to get the job done if you go in the evenings. While I was getting my legs waxed over a period of 20, there were some 20 knocks on the door, to procure something or the other frm the room i was in. The bedspread made of the same material as waxing strips, is meant to be disposable, to be changed after each session, but on every occasion I've visited, it has been disgustingly soiled.

The voucher makes services really economical, so in that sense you get what you pay for. Would I ever visit any green trends outlet on full price? Not until they seriously up their standards of hygiene and professionalism!

(I've had similar experiences across both their Jayanagar outlets and their BTM outlet)
