Initial response no doubt was good. They followed time schedule as well. But ,when it came to payments, I was shocked to hear the balance amount. They charged more than double the amount mentioned on the website from where I selected the particulars. When enquired, they said website is not updated and its in the process. I found it extremely unprofessional. If the website was not updated, it was the responsibility of the staff to inform the customer's well in advance and not after availing the services. I hope this would not get repeated for anybody else.
