Very Very Rude Behaviour

I recently went to this salon in Jayanagar for the deal I bought.Initially they gave me wrong information on the phone and wasted my time.Then when I reached there a very very rude lady asked me for more money saying my hair needs re-bonding.I don't understand what is the difference.I checked with many other salons and they said there is really not much difference between straightening and rebonding .When I refused to pay her so much she asked me to leave the salon.Horrible experience.Very uncorteous lady sitting in the salon.She should be moved out of your salon or else you will lose your customers.Never recommend this salon to anyone.
