Refused to accept the deal

Everything is excellent here.

But the hotel refused to accept the deal just because I had not done advance reservation, even when the hotel was NOT full and there were ample space, and we were only a couple - for ABSOLUTELY UNNECESSARY REASON, THEY REFUSED

I went there monday and liked the ambience. But the food was not really good. They took their own sweet time to get food to our table, even when the whole hotel had 3 families including us sitting.

Waiters are not knowledgeable about their products. They dont know the make/preparation when asked how it is made.

point - they are very polite.

Taste - not really. Long rice in Thai/Chines food does not make sense. No sticky rice.
