very bad response

They service mentioned are not provided.they mentioned advanced hair cut and after going there i was said only basic hair cut will be given.really very bad response,not at all customer oriented.the management staff is so rude and has no manners to talk to the customer.well i will not blame the girls who gave the services they had done their job well.but dont believe the managing staff after going there they may say "n"amount reason for not providing you the service since you have bought a deal and ultimately blame you and the company where you bought the deal from.
