Well, I am 100% satisfied from Kaunsa.com after contacting at the Escalation Team before that i displeased from their service. I issue was still pending and want a instant resolution on my problem. Then I heard about their escalation team and drop an email to Escalations@Kaunsa.com and got reply within thirty minutes. After this mail my problem short out in next four business days. Now I am happy and don't have any issue with them. Great job by this team.
