Wellness Pathcare

I considered going to this lab, because it was in my neighborhood and they have been aggressive advertising thru pamphlets in the area.
I visited them twice at 8.30 and 10.00 am the centre was close, all labs are aware that the blood samples are to be given with 12 years fasting. But, Wellness Pathcare is unable to open their sample collection centre in time for patients to give samples on time.
After talking to their customer service, they suggested that the samples will be taken from my residence. The collection boy turned up at 10.50 am. I told him that I am now fasting for 13.30 hrs. But, he said fine to take the sample, where in their brochure recommends 8-12 hours fasting only.
Collection boy asked me to give PP sample at 12.15 pm, I visited them on time. I mentioned that I have an appointment with my physician at 9.00 am the next day and would like the reports by evening. They offered that the report can be send to me via e-mail, if I mention my e-mail and a hard copy of the same will be delivered at my door step by 6.30 am in the morning.
There unprofessionalism and promises was evident, as they took the blood samples way after the suggested time limit but to my utter surprise they did not send me the reports neither by e-mail nor the hard copy to my residence the next morning. I had to visit my physician without my blood reports and suffer embarrassment at the hand of a pathology lab, which cheated and fooled me on all accounts.
That was not all they, when they did deliver the reports at 09,30 am in the morning at my residence, they did not deliver the Eye Check up coupon for Vasan Eye Care, which was included in the package.
Horrifying experience, never visit them again.
