I bought the coupon thinking that it would be a professional, well maintained, high standard salon. When I reached there, it was merely a single room parlour in what I assume are DDA Flats there. I was supposed to take an appointment. The lady did not note down my contact details or name at the time of taking the appointment. When I reached the place 20minutes after the appointed time, I found the place closed. The lady instead of being apologetic, started fighting with me when contacted. Had to go all the way back home. Still undettered by 1 bad experience, I took an appointment and went the next day. There was a single woman in the parlour. who was mightily confused about the offer and its pricing. Insisted that threading was not a part of the offer and that the offer was priced higher than what I was quoting. I had to settle things by showing her the offer on my internet enabled phone So if I did not have such a phone, the services mentioned in the deal would not have been provided. Basically, she seemed unwilling to provide me her services. She rushed up everything. In the process, my nail cuticles during the manicure and pedicure were brutally cut through. Most importantly, the lady refused to give me a rinse after the hair spa which basically consisted of her massaging some hair cream in my hair. She said that a hair rinse would cost me an extra 50 bucks since she would have to heat the water etc etc and that it was not standard procedure to give a rinse. All in all, a terrible experience. I had bought 4 vouchers, ended up using only 1 and that too with a bad experience. Disappointed!
