We were on a tour trip to Uttaranchal. Towards the end of tour we were falling short of budget :) and decided to move out from our star hotel and moved here. We were glad that we came to Hotel Aketa. Best tasting food at highly affordable prices. I had even recommended hotel Aketa to some of my family members after my wonderful dining experience with them.

SOTC Box Holidays

Me and room mates decided to visit Coorg, but we did not know the local language or best places to stay and above all how to plan the trip. We choose SOTC box holidays Coorg package as they are very well known tourist company. The trip to coorg went fine and hassle free. But I felt it is a bit costly.

Hillways Adventures

If you have kids they would love the stay at Hillway Adventures. This hotel not only offers stay but also they have lot of adventures and activities as part of package. They had trekking and fishing which any one can try for time pass or fun. Rooms are okay, room service is limited. But good from all other perspectives.

Colors n Chocolates

Highly economical and value for money. I called home made chocolates and asked for their menu and chocolate list. Immediately they sent it over on email. I was surprised to see the price of the chocolates. Good savings on price, but they tasted very nice too.

Park Inn Hotel

This is a good hotel for a extended stay like more than even days. I say so because the rates are very affordable and it is a nice budget hotel. usually budget hotels are now maintained as good as premium hotels. But Park Inn is an exception. Economic on price. High on quality.

Karnal Hotel

I have heard kolaveri over and over many times so it is not interesting to me any more now. I have been listening to mirchi songs when riding with by colleague on his car. The songs were exciting and made me to think it is no less than kolaveri. Mirchi makes me groove as much as kolaveri.

Dominos Pizza

They have the best collection of side orders. I simply love their choco lava cake. When you eat a choco lava cake from dominos, make it a point to eat it while it is hot. If you eat the cake after some 15 minutes from when it is served they become hard. The dominos choco lava cake tastes best when it is ate with the liquid chocolate filling in the melted and hot state.

Googly

Me and my room mate went to this place yesterday night for dinner. We decided to have some Mexican style food items here and ordered some Nachos and Burritos. The Mexican cuisines tasted okay, but not to the perfection that we expected. Probably the sauce served was not perfect and matching for the dishes served. If they could include Mexican style hot chilly sauce with the food combos it would be impressive.

Quality Inn Sabari

The Fisherman's Wharf located at Sarjapur is a very romantic restaurant to dine in. This place is designed like a beach side hotel at Goa. Makes you kind of think that you are dining with your partner by a beach shore or some river bank!

Hotel Vidhi Residency

A Mind blowing offer this is from Hotel Vidhi Residency.. Unlimited rotis with curry. I can't imaging all this for just 69 Rs. This is like a jackpot compared to the prices of the other restaurants. At last I found a way to treat myself at a very affordable price.

Sunrise Naturopathy And Health Resort

I was looking forward to learn some yoga at a quiet place amid nature. Heard of sunrise naturopathy and health resort from one of our flat neighbors who used to visit it occasionally. I decided to go over there because it had twin advantage, you learn yoga and at the same time visit a resort and take a nice break from office. Learnt some basic and fundamental yoga concepts. From there or I am able to practice the lessons learnt there my self after returning home. A nice and alternative choice to learn yoga and mental relaxation.

Chung Wah

I felt like having some Chinese food over last weekend. Me and my brother finalized and decided to go to Chung Wah restaurant. The menu had all the Chinese items listed, but they tasted more of a normal noodles or fried rice we get in a typical fast food center in the city. Our expectation was high in terms of more of a Chinese flavored food items, but felt a bit disappointed with the food we got.

Out Law Dance Company

Me and my partner enrolled here to learn some hip hop over the last new year shut down holidays. Basically it was a one week crash course kind of program so they were rushing up a bit to complete the classes within the stipulated period. I did not end up learning a lot of dancing but that was a unique and nice experience over our attempt to learn dance.

A hotel with designer wardrobe and rooms! Calangute grande hotel's rooms have been designed with emphasis on aesthetic interiors. The rooms even have wall papers all over them with a specific theme. The room I stayed had wall papers of water falls. Overall a pleasing place to get put up in Goa.

There used to be a lot of argument at our house on who is going to do the cleaning and sanitation of the sofas and our bed cushions, curtains. Thank goodness I found out Sanitair services. I had a PC that I had purchased 4 years back. In the last few months It was crashing too often I was clue less on how to fix it. Came across Amrutha computers that was at shanthi nagar, which was close to my residence. I gave a call to them and the service engineer paid a visit to our home the next day morning. After some 2 hours of trouble shooting he made some changes and installed few drivers, since them the number of crash i faced has reduced significantly.

Gosh! this hotel is like a paradise on earth. Best in every single aspect. Spacious rooms, nice restaurant, unlimited breakfast buffet as part of package. The cost is more, but so are the facilities offered. I kind of enjoyed it more than staying at my own flat :)
