Cafe Coffee Day

it was a good deal...but the guy at the ccd outlet was very confused about it... earlier he said that the free drink has to be the same one.....it cant be a different one... then he said that the size of the drink should be regular only as this is not applicable on large drink.... he himself was not aware of this deal..later he enquired about it..& was very much confused. he also stated that this deal is valid only on hot drinks whereas we had coupons for both hot drinks deal & cold beverages deal. overall the experience with ccd outlet was disappointing...!!!
