Had been a permanent client of berkovits for last 4 years and for preet vihar branch for almost 1.5 year now

Never had complaint but for the first time when I have all my verbal complaints r unanswered fro last 4 months

When the product is sold the staff is super cooperative but when complaint is their and for a old client like me nothing is done

PATHETIC AFTER SALE
WRONG COMMITMENTS
STAFF STARTS - NOT TO RESPOND TO CALLS
ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY
NO FOLLOW UPS

Any one should not waste time and should seek competitors who are better in services and commitments
