Famous Unisex Salon

I booked full package (Facial, makeup, manicure, pedicure, hairstyle and mehandi). On the first day, their most self proclaimed specialist Ms. Sonia, did a third class manicure and pedicure (deshaped nails, not filed) and when asked Mam apko pasand aaya....then i said no it was not that great. She said this is best i could do....and left later she convinced owner to cancel balance package work. They are not ready to take feedback. and then the Owner Irshad Khan said....leave as we have lots of customers. missing one will not bother us. This was the height. Could not believe in such a world whr customer feedback is so important. they throw the customer out. SHAME and Very bad experience.
