I had placed an order for A Sloping Mirrored Dressing table on 28th Dec 2016. Order no. 21230
I am still waiting for the order to be delivered after more than 95 days.
The full payment had been made on 23 Feb 2017. almost 45 days ago. We have still not received any follow up and no indication of delivery. There has been no courtesy frm the staff to even call and keep us updated. This is very disappointing and upsetting as one does not expect this kind of behaviour frm an organisation of Akbarally standing. We were told that the item was delayed due to transport delays. However a delay of 45 days is unacceptable. Kindly investigate the matter and ensure immediate supply of the item within the next week, as well as some compensation for the dealay after paying the full amount.
