Esatto Salon

I went to the salon after reading great reviews about it. I made a prior appointment. Reached on time. What I experienced there was nothing short of terrible. The hair dresser refused to cut my hair saying that they are in a bad shape ( I had an accident, so my hair took some time to re grow). In a rude tone he started suggesting me some treatments for hair, without even asking! (I have below shoulder length, brownish hair, thin and silky, very silky. He assumed that they are rough). I decided to walk out of the place then. He made a rude remark. I went there on 21st January, 2017 at 8:30 PM.
