I went to this parlor after checking out a discount offer for hair smoothening. But when I went their I had to meet a very talkative consultant which was quite strange as in other parlor after taking the appointment we get the service and she instead of letting me take service, just kept on adding the bill with unnecessary hairspa and took money befre giving any service. They dont have anyfix price/menu. Beauticians/staff are too talkative and arrogant. After deduction of bill they informed me to come next weekend as i applied heena. They hid the facts with me. Ihad togo to the parlor three time which was quite inconvenient. Then after my third visit they gave me hair smoothening, even though i took the appointment still the beautician was shuffling between me and other lady. They used low quality products and service was too bad. My hair lost its natural charm. I can summarize this parlor as fraud, low quality products, services not worthy of the cost(worst parlor in Bangalore
