"When I happened to visit the place a couple of days back, I had no issue with the services. But I finally got to the counter and waited about 15-20 minutes for their employee to get the machine for card payment ready. And when I asked her if she'd be able to get it done soon, I was rudely snapped at saying I have no regard for the issues faced with the demonetisation. She continued to make a scene and scream at me at the top of her voice despite the main issue being HER machine!
Considering the machine did not work and the nearby ATMs did not have cash, I offered her my number so that we could maybe make the payment at a more convenient time. And she still insisted on hollering, attracting the attention of the FEW customers they did have to begin with. At which point I started to lose my patience and replied in kind.
This woman has the GALL to suggest calling the police and resolve the dispute because she claimed I was harassing her. And even after the blasted machine finally started working, she continued her sorry tirade, making comments about how people like me are "brainless" and don't understand anything.
To the La Estrella management, this is an absolutely abhorrent manner of dealing with a paying customer. There is no explanation that could pose as a good enough reason for your employee's continuously rude and offensive attitude during my interaction with her. And perhaps your inability to treat customers right is the very reason this place has collected a bunch of bad reviews well before mine.
This is honestly one of the WORST salon experiences I've had recently and there is no way I would consider stepping in again."
