Extremely rude, unprofessional and unhygienic staff especially a lady named "Manju". I went for the most basic service of upper lips and underarms. She made repeated cuts on upper lip, made it bleed and made 7-8 wax pulls in wrong direction in both underarms, didn't use wipe towels, burned the skin. I have been a regular customer along with my sister and always tried to get the basic services frm them but still the staff doesn't even say a "hi", they make enemy like faces, like they are ding some favor, don't utter a word and always give wrong calculations in bill. Extremely over rated as compared to the services, horrible hygiene, almost no knowledge on beauty services, rude and unprofessional. Only 2 ppl make the salon going, the owner aunty who is welcoming and has a smiling face and a girl named Kavita who is the only knowledgeable person there. I strongly recommend aunty to throw such name-spoiling staff out of the salon before it is too late. 1 unhappy customer can change the total business within no time.. it's a digital age which spreads faster than "word of mouth"!
