Not a very good experience

When I saw the deal here on the website , it looked quite impressive & a good deal, So I bought it. But after having visited to the the parlour, I came to know that they treat customers with discount card differently than how do they treat their normal customers.
Having asked about the products they will be using, the answer was : "that is a secret".
Anyways we got the services done from that parlour which were like ok , And just to mention, you cannot upgrade any of your services even after paying more money.
