I bought a tempered glass for my cellphone and this guys delivered me wrong item and then I tried calling, but they never answerd on landline and mobile no. is switched off always. I wrote email and no reply. I contacted on Facebook then I was told it will be replaced then no news. I kept calling and one fine day they answered and said will be replaced. it took two week to come for replacement and again came with wrong item as I found they do not even have my ordered item. I returned all items with Delivery boy and I was told refund will be done in 24 hrs. then I waited for 3 days and called again. then they said will be refunded in 72 hrs, again waited and after couple of days again called this time they said they have done it, but I need to contact payu money. why do I have to contact pay u money when I purchased from shopeling. com. I contacted pay u money and they said no refund initiated. they need a written proof that merchant has accepted for refund. worst experience, since then I gave up and it's two weeks now, still no refund. PLEASE do not buy anything as in case if u need any replacement, you will be stuck and will never short out the issue.
