I didn't get an appointment apart from that upon inquiry I was told rebonding will not be done by experts it will be done by juniors / students. I was ok to compromise on that but upon firther inquiry I was told only matrix will be used while in the coupon it clearly states that loreal or wella products will be used. I have been refunded by money yet.

Their staff spoke very rudely and disrespectfully with me. Even disconnected my call when I got angry at them. Useless and good for nothing people.

Do not value customers and treat them like s""it

I was clearly and rudely told that the details in the coupon are wrong but we will only matrix not as mentioned in the coupon if I want I can go somewhere else they don't care !
