Great Restaurant

Rara Avis

The restaurant is in 2 floors and the upper deck is open. The deck is lighted with hundreds of bulbs. The overall ambiance is classical. The chairs and tables just reflect other side of classical French tradition. Anatomy pictures can be seen on the walls. We ordered the Virgin Mojito, Mint Lemonade and Rara Avis as Mocktails. The Rara Avis was an incredible drink, quite spicy because of the pepper. The Guava Juice and Tobacco sauce combination is unbreakable.
The salt on the rim of the glass made the drink complete in flavours. The Virgin Mojito was fresh. The Mint Lemonade was created by blending Mint Leaves, Sugar syrup, ice and lemon in the mixer. The staffs are very courteous, responsive and attending. The seating is also very comfortable.

It's a nice place to sit and chill with your friends, quite tension free. However, if you're looking for good food, this shouldn't be the place. Although they offer quite a lot of variety on the menu, but their food, especially their breads taste stale. Their pizzas and coffee are quite nice. The staffs are friendly and courteous, willing to do things to make you comfortable there.

Words are less for this place. Gets the mouth-watering chicken dishes in the most reasonable prices. Seems now it's capturing and acquired the whole market of it's nearby. Get the delicious tundy kababs and chicken seekh kababs well dipped in exquisite sauces and chicken pastes which
will drop down your jaw. Must try the famous lucknows tundy kababs with rumali roti and you can kill your tummy hunger right over there. The place is always crowded and swarmed up like flies with so many people. But i bet every penny is worth of it. Go hungry people grab your tundeys!

This place is very special to me, I used to go here with my wife and she is the one who introduced me to this joint. It's located in mg road mall next to metro station. The special dish they serve which is my most favourite in entire Gurgaon is Patiala Chicken and unique things are that they prepare it with wrapping of omelette. .Very quick and friendly service and I recommend this dish to all the foodies with rumali roti only.
