Its very pathetic to have such a poor experience with both Imperial Spa & Salon & Mydala even before using the services from both. i searched a deal on site of Imperial spa & salon which said 50% discount on all wellness & grooming services. i called Imperial first for the same & they lady who attended my phone didn't bother to tell anything about the deal instead she tried to up sell & said you can avail the any massage for Rs 1400 only. Then i called Mydala call center the boy who attend my phone said the deal is not available (i have attached print screen of the deal), where in the site was directing me on proceed to payments for the same deal. i told him the details but he kept on insisting refresh the site & check, every time i refreshed i could see the deal on mydala website.
i couldn't understand what both the service providers tried to prove. Am i not doing things correct ?
Such a poor service will not help you to grow as a company, its for both the service providers.
Guys grow up & pls stick to the commitments which you display on your websites. in such cases you will not only loose customers at that point of time but also the trust of people to come back again.
