I have been doing online shopping from last 1 year through flipkart.com and my overall experience was good except one or two instances. Starting from apparel, cosmetics, bed sheets and even my router I had purchased from flipkart.com.And I am very satisfied with my products. I have never felt that I have been cheated on quality or prices. When we place order for too many products at a time then the shipment comes in multiple orders then we have to keep track of shipment and the courier persons that is one thing I don't like. If everything comes in a single parcel it is better, any ways that's not a big issue.
The best thing I like about this website is we can get a wide range of products in all category at a reasonable price and I had used e vouchers many times my shopping was almost free.Once one of my orders was cancelled for some reasons and I had already paid the amount via e voucher & net banking, I was too worried about refund, but it when I called the customer care and explained everything, they assured me that refund would be done without any hassle and really it was done within 2 days.This shows that we can trust them,this is the one thing which is very important these days while doing online shopping and dealing with persons whom we don't know.
