Pathetic, horrible service. This one star is because I cannot give negative. Merchant refused to honor mydala voucher. Blatantly lied that he had opted out of the mydala scheme long ago ( though I bought the voucher a day earlier only). Staff has no decision making power and the owner was not in the premise. They had no idea a what the mydala voucher is. I had to cancel the order which the staff was reluctant to do. The owner accepted to honor the voucher only after mydala CS team intervention but I decided not to go ahead with them after such a bad and horrible experience. Embarrassing experience as I was educating my father regarding the "couponing" stuff. Never got the chance to taste the food but this restaurant keep changing its name ( now i know after this experience). Please avoid this hotel at all cost. Terrible . br
