When i called to confirm my appointment, i came to know that actual cost is 3000 instead of 1999. they do only half process for this amount and on 3rd day they ask for extra 1000.
Also when i called, they person on phone didn't even know how to talk ,he was rude and manner less. i asked him to talk nicely but yet his tone was very bad.
If people don't know how to talk to customers then they should not join Customer service industry. find a different job.
