The staff of the hotel is really great he has in a huge group and had booked 7 rooms the suite was fantastic. The services provided were much more compared to another hotel in the same price range and as long as we stayed we felt a personal touch in everything. So I will recommend this hotel

Very helpful staff. Great window view. Special thanks to the Manager, Mr.Shiekh Moiuddin for his hospitality and eagerness to out-of-the-way support to make the trip memorable. However, it is in the outskirts of the city and you must have your own vehicle for shopping or dining out. Perfect place to lay back in the room and relax.

I visited this place long back. i don't remember the date but it was best place. The hotel is providing the best services and also its a value for money. Love to be there again.

This place is far away from the city and closer to the road going to Gulmarg. We had to stay here as we went to Srinagar in the peak season and weren't able to get any of the hotels we wanted else there was no reason to stay here.

This hotel is not on the Dal lake that is the only disadvantage.Otherwise thr rooms are spacious and air conditioned which was really needed by us.Not many hotels in Srinagar have AC facility so it was a respite for us.Moreover the food was awesome and the restaurant was well designed.i liked this hotel and had a comfortable stay.
