Nice service but small parlour

Good service but extremely small parlour so avoid booking appointment on weekends. The service however is nice. The attendants are good in their work. Facial was very nice.

worst experience ever!!!

I entered and it was a dingy one,so small and there were some 10 customers already,no place to sit and the owner didn't even care to offer a seat,infact she asked me not to say out loud that i have come via groupon b'coz this other customer didn't know and she was getting more money through her..After i had changed for the facial i was asked to get the printout or else she wouldn't do anything,told her the email works everywhere and the owner started talking in such a bad manner that i felt like leaving right then but i had paid 600 online already so why would i let it go just like that,i went out and had to get a printout,it was very unhygienic,hair everywhere and the seats too not properly cleaned,out of 6 services mentioned in my deal i used only 3,i just wanted to get out of that place,the owner was all the time with a grumpy face like she was doing a big favour on me,she was constantly directing her staff in a murmer not to use enough product or something or the other when they were busy with their respective customers,even the staff were smiling looking at each other and me,they were suffering for sure in her hands,when it was my turn for facial she herself came to do it and finished the massage in 10 mins,even if there's a deal of 199 or free i will never ever go back again,have been to so many salons earlier via online deals and they have been very courteous,this was a terrible experience,if you are going there you will see with your own eyes what i have written...Good luck !

Not bad but has enough scope for improvement

After my first visit, i rated this salon with 4 stars. But after my second visit, i would rate it with 3. The package of 500 is good with respect to the cost. But their staff needs a little more training. They have mentioned serene ambiance in their post..but the ambiance is not at all serene. Its too messy.
My first visit, the facial gave excellent results, but the second one wasn't upto the mark (though done by the same girl). I had marks left on my nose of the scratches made by the blackhead remover.
They need training as to hot the blackheads are to be removed. Coz even after all the steam / sweat going off..she was still rubbing the BH remover on my nose which left scratches on my nose. Cleanup is done only on and around the nose. Not on rest of the face.
Bleach, waxing, mani, pedi, and back massage were ok. No specific complaints.

Ambiance shud be better and training shud be done for better services
