never trust healthspring with critical tests

My girlfriend was diagnosed with PCOS last year and still had ovarian cysts in a test conducted two months back. We went for another test day before yesterday to see if there was any improvement. We decided to go to healthspring as it seemed to have decent rating. To our surprise the tests and the doctors said that there were no cysts found. We were utterly shocked, but my girlfriend was happy and hopeful that it could be true, but i knew there was something fishy about this situation. So i convinced her to get it done from a well known doc's clinic again today so that we can be doubly sure. As you would expect, she still had cysts. I went tohealthspring and confronted them with this fact and instead of being ashamed of the kind of service tbese guys are doing, they were defending themselves. Leave alone the refund, the doctor Nitin V. Patil was saying that he could still justify from the image. I seriously had not expected a doctor to be so rude, unapologetic and indifferent. Aren't you doctors supposed to be modest and humble and be sympathetic to a woman who was finding happiness in an erroneous report? Are you a doctor or a money gobbling businessman?
I would never advise anybody to visit healthspring powai in galleria. You are probably going to have the worst experience there.
