I love the classes, every weekend i look forward to go for the classes, it is a great experience and they have great warm up sessions. I have lost weight as well and it is one of the best workout sessions.

I simply loved my experience. I see myself toned after joining the classes and i have joined the 4th batch this time.

The best part is that every week we get to learn a different dance form, it helps us understand the technique of each one. It is one of my best experiences.

The trainers are great. They are lively and pay attention to each and every student and help us cope up with the different steps. We have a lot of fun in class as well and it is a great fitness activity. I recommend everyone to go for it.
