Very clean and comfortable rooms..Staff alwalys friendly and helpful, The rooms are very clean and spacious, basic yes but who spends all their time in the room when in Goa!,Food was amazing is lined with shacks for further food and leisure options.

Loved this resort..we stayed here three times.Very clean and comfortable rooms..Staff alwalys friendly and helpful..romm was absolutely clean and also complete hotel was clean...Food was amazing, its awesome..This is the best hotel we have ever statyed and will again stay here

The food in the restaurants is quite good and breakfast very good. This is just a nice easy place to stay if you don't want to pay a fortune and you don't expect five star. It is small and friendly and a bit more personal than some of the larger hotels in the area. Would recommend also for families.

Very bad experience. Unfriendly manager, suffering from dispute with co-owner. Prison like rooms, old and hard towels,*****bad linen. Far away from everything. Way to expensive for what is has to offer.
