Great hotel

A leisure holiday in Calcutta for 1 week in the Crestwood Hotel Kolkata in Park Circus proved to be a very good choice. Had no problems getting around as it was situated in a good location between Theatre Road and Park Street .Taxis were easily available at all times. The Park Circus Maidan was nothing short of activities especially in the evenings, visited daily for our morning and evening exercises walks. A very good budget Hotel. Hotel Staff and Managers are extremely helpful and caring at all times. Reception staff was very courteous. Surprisingly we had Free and Fast Wi-Fi proved to be a big bonus .The breakfast buffet offers a limited choice of Indian and continental but very repetitive as were here for a week. The Multi Cuisine Restaurant offers a great choice. Overall a nice place to stay. Enjoyed our stay for a week.

Had a great stay at this hotel..

Crestwood Hotel was chosen and we were not disappointed. Tucked away from the mayhem of the City roads, this hotel was a little gem. From the greeting at reception on arrival, to the quality and cleanliness of the rooms. All staff was very professional and went that extra mile to ensure our two night stay was memorable. We are a mature couple travelling through Northern India and have stopped at many hotels. Hotels of higher grading did not exceed to the service received at Crestwood.

Nice Stay

Stayed for two nights in this hotel. Booked two rooms for my family, well in advance. Very clean, secure and safe place. Difficult for taxi drivers from airport to find at night - need to show map provided when booking online. Rooms are large with reasonably comfortable beds and TV. Hotel staffs were very generous and helpful. Well-located, with some decent food, including a reasonably-priced Bengali restaurant and good bakery only a short walk away, as well as a supermarket. Not impressed with front desk staff, who ordered taxis to airport at much inflated costs. Otherwise, Hotel crestwood a generally positive experience.
