the worst experience i have ever had in any salon in my entire life. i went there with my friend. we were used water frm the same bowl.so the hygeine part is 0.
Next to that my facial took around 20 mins whras my friend's facial was done in 10 mins. the staff is extremely rude and aggressive and even the manager is same. she is not bothered about the client service. we repeatedly called in for the manager but she was too busy, in***knows what, to attend us.
the girl who did the facial for my friend, probably named priya , was wearing several bangles in her hand. when we complained about the same they started shouting back on us, attacked our personal views on marriage and religion and the manager was silent. when we asked for the owners contact number the manager clearly told us that she would not provide us anything of that sort and showed us the exit door. such places are a black mark on the service industry.bad service and the behaviour to client is pathetic.shame on the team

Horrible..!!
The worst Parlour service I have got since my last 10 years experience..
Uneducated idiot people giving u services.
The salon didn't had any fresh towels not wrap up which is given before doing waxing..
I dunno wad more to save..
I got service frm illiterate stupid female - soniya.. who didn't know how to wax nor eyebrows nor anything else for sure .. all staffs busy discussing and hawling on lunche and taking off on such and such days..
I had taken appointment but still had to wait for 45 mins.
