when my family entered the hotel lobby we got warm welcome from the staff and then they took us to the restaurant and arranged for the table.Restaurant has very good staff and we all enjoyed our delicious food. food is very good and varieties to choose. parking space is very spacious and neat. Have to visit once.

Have stayed here couple of times and found this hotel to be a standard option but def not a first option if one wants to stay in panjim.
It's a nice hotel but it has a long way to go to come up to the standards of better hotels.
Service needs to improve significantly and food options should go up too along with better quality. Lot of basic things need to be taken care of.
