MARK REGENCY HOTEL HAS A NICE NAME BUT DOES NOT HAVE THE FAME ACCORDING TO THE NAME. THE TOILETS ARE OLDER AND ARE KEPT UNCLEAN. THE ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS BUT NOT CLEAN.

the shower area was flooding while having bath,the wash basin tap had no filter, the bed was quite uncomfortable, the tiles in shower area need pointing.
